  • Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of four tickets per person.  The Lead Purchaser of each order must be present for attendees to be granted entry.
  • Audience under 6 years of age are prohibited from attending the concert.
  • Any tickets purchased from a third party website and/or unauthorized platformsare in breach of respective ticket purchasing terms and conditions and shall be deemed invalid.   Such tickets will not be allowed entry to the concert.
  • Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal license to attend the Ed Sheeran concert in Taoyuan.  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to your personal data collection and usage.
  • Your ticket(s) are sold by the promoters directly to the consumer.  Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders are in breach of respective ticket purchasing terms and conditions and may be deemed invalid.
  • Tickets are not transferable and cannot be resold or offered for resale.   Failure to comply with such conditions may result in your ticket(s) being cancelled without a refund.
  • Tickets to this event shall be sold on a “real-name registration basis”.  The name of the Purchaser/Lead Purchaser shall be printed on respective tickets.  For a ticket to be valid, the Lead Purchaser must at any point be able to provide the following - this includes on arrival at the show to gain admission:

  • ➢ 購票方式
    ① 本活動僅限「玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統」網路購票(支援行動裝置),每位會員限購四張。
    ② 建議事先註冊「玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統」會員加速購票流程,最遲請於購票前48小時加入會員並完成信箱認證程序,並請注意資料正確性。海外/大陸地區可以使用護照或台灣通行證號碼加入會員。

    ③ 購買身心障礙席票劵者,請依照玫瑰大眾售票系統相關辦法購買。

    ④ 視同無記名有價票券,不論年齡一人一票,憑票入場,票券如發生遺失、破損、燒毀及無法辨識等情形,恕不重新開票,請持票人善盡保管之責。
    ⑤ 提醒依社會秩序維護法第64條第2款之規定,「非供自用,購買運輸、遊樂票券而轉售圖利者」得處以3日以下拘留或新臺幣18000元以下罰鍰,消費者切勿以身試法。
    ⑥ 呼籲消費者勿於拍賣網站或其他非官方公布正式授權售票之通路、網站購票,以免自身權益受損,若因此發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題,概不負責。
    ⑦ 若演出活動開始前尚有剩餘票券,主辦單位將於現場服務台進行販售,付款方式為現金或刷卡擇一。

  • ➢ 付款方式
    ① 僅提供【信用卡付款】,請於加入購物車後10分鐘內完成刷卡付款,逾期訂單取消。
    ② 請先確認信用卡狀況,以確保線上刷卡成功,若購票流程中無法取得銀行授權完成付款,付款失敗則該筆交易自動失效,售票系統無法保留票券,請重新進行訂購。
    ③ 售票系統採隨時清票作業,沒有固定時間清票,消費者可隨時留意是否有釋出票券。
    ④ 售票系統銷售票券,乃經由網際網路銷售,請訂購人依照網頁上的程序操作,請確實核對訂購內容是否正確,再行付款。一旦銷售訂單成立後,表示訂購人同意本次交易內容並同意支付費用,本次交易票券即視同售出,訂購人不得以任何理由拒付本次交易費用。

  • ➢ 取票方式
    ① 為防範遏制黃牛惡意搶票,本次售票將開啟郵寄取票(至演出日前二十天關閉)及現場取票。
      1. 2019年03月15日23:59前線上訂購者,票券將以限時掛號寄出,郵寄只能寄送至國內有效地址,請消費者留意相關郵件,購買前請慎重考慮,無法接受者請勿購票。所有票券,將統一於2019年03月20日寄出。
      2. 於2019年03月16日~2019年03月31日23:59前線上訂購者,郵寄取票選項即關閉,僅限至活動現場服務台親自領取。完成線上信用卡付款後,請於2019年04月04日演出當天,於下午3點~4點間至演唱會服務台,出示訂購會員身分證以及訂單編號領取票券。
    ② 取票人姓名需與票券訂購人姓名一致。
    ③ 每筆訂單只寄送一地,將收取50元郵資費用於票券結帳時一併計入,若是郵寄至公司行號建議加註公司名稱與部門,以免投遞困難或被誤領。
    ④ 取票地址務必填寫【國內有效地址】,如因地址填寫錯誤而導致票券寄送延誤或遺失,我方不負任何相關責任。

  • ➢ 退票說明
    ① 本次退票辦法採用文化部所公告規範之【根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定,本節目採用方案二消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費】詳請請參閱本活動【退/換票方式】 逾期恕不接受退票以郵戳日為憑。
    ② 退票每張需酌收票面價5%手續費。
    ③ 申請人請將:
      1. 退票申請人必須為購買該筆票券的會員本人。
      2. 退票申請書,以掛號郵寄或快遞方式寄回「台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收」,收到票券後將票款扣除手續費後,退刷至原網路購票時所使用之信用卡,退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。

 


 

【實名認證票券】須知


  • 每筆訂單限4張,每人每場限購4張;每筆訂單【訂購會員】本人與同行友人(最多三位)同時到場, 訂單【訂購會員】本人持有效且附有照片之個人證件(正本)核對身份,核對無誤後方可與同行友人一同入場。

  • 本次活動採實名認證制,購票時系統會自動帶入訂購會員之會員名字,因此消費者在購票流程中不需要再次輸入姓名。(如需更改請於訂購前至會員中心修改資料)。

  • 同一筆訂單所有票券,將會全數印上該筆訂購人之姓名。

  • 每筆訂單訂購人其在會員資料中填寫之姓名需與其證件相符。

  • 該筆訂單【訂購會員】,必須為該筆訂單入場觀眾的其中一人。

  • 請中英文一致;會員資料填繁體中文,票上證件姓名請填繁體中文;會員資料填英文,票上證件姓名請填寫英文。

  • 證件姓名僅限繁體中文與英文,中文請少於15個字(全形字元含空格),或英文請小於30個字母(半形字元含空格)。請避免使用特殊符號與字元。如英文超過長度,請輸入當天所持之有效證件姓名的前30個英文字母即可。

  • 附有照片之個人證件正本姓名與 該筆訂單票面上顯示之【姓名】不符者,將無法入場。

  • 因本場演出,僅限購票會員本人與其持有同筆訂單至多3張票券之同行者一同入場觀賞,嚴禁轉讓/轉售他人;為維護您的權益,亦請勿向他人購買票券,屆時將無法進場。如未依此規定進行購票,主辦單位將保留取消該筆訂單之權利。



【現場取票相關提醒】 


◆ 取票地點:演唱會現場服務台(屆時請留意公告取票處之示意圖)。

◆ 取票時間:2019年04月04日演出當天,於下午3點~4點間至演唱會服務台,出示訂購會員身分證以及訂單編號領取票券。

◆ 現場取票請務必出示下列資料,以供核對購買者身份:


  1.訂單編號。


  2.該筆訂單【訂購會員】本人持身份證明(僅限有效且附有照片之證件正本:身分證/健保卡/駕照(擇一);外籍人士憑護照),以供核對身份。

購票會員身分證件正本 須有照片 且 姓名+證件號碼 須與 該筆訂單【訂購會員】之會員資料 完全相符。

 


 

【注意事項】

  • 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非玫瑰大眾售票系統正式授權售票之通路、網站購票,除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外,以免影響自身權益,若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題,主辦單位及玫瑰大眾售票系統概不負責。

  • 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售(無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內)之情事經查屬實者,將依社會秩序維護法第64條第2款逕向警方檢舉。

  • 一人一票,憑票入場。票券視同有價證券,請妥善保存,如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況,恕不補發。

  • 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失,主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制:主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理,詳情請洽玫瑰大眾售票系統客服中心。

  • 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場,未經主辦單位同意,禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。若有以上情形發生,主辦單位有權請消費者將演唱會相關影音資料刪除,屢勸不聽或情節嚴重者,主辦單位有權請消費者離場並保留法律追訴權。

  • 場內全面禁菸;且本節目禁帶外食及飲料入場,請勿攜帶任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品進場,入場時需經檢查攜帶物品之程序。

  • 各個表演場館皆有其入場規定,請持票人遵守之,遲到之觀眾須遵守館方管制規定。

Global megastar Ed Sheeran has announced today the remaining dates of his new stadium headline shows for his return to Asia in 2019, which will be in addition to the already announced Tokyo, Seoul, Osaka, Singapore, Bangkok and Jakarta shows and follow-on from Ed’s first-ever sold out South Africa stadium tour in March! Running through April and May 2019, the newly added date will take place at Taoyuan City Stadium on 4th April 2019.

Ticketing Details

  • ➢ Method of Purchase
    ① Tickets will only be available for purchase online via G-Music Ticketing (supports purchases via mobile device).  Maximum of 4 tickets allowed per member.
    ② Purchasers are encouraged to register in advance to G-Music Ticketing to accelerate the purchase process.  Please complete the member registration and email confirmation process at least 48 hours before purchasing tickets, and make sure to re-confirm the accuracy of your personal information.  Non-residents can register for membership with respective Foreign Passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (MTP) numbers.

    ③ Accessible/handicap tickets may be purchased in accordance with G-Music Ticketing regulations.

    ④ Admission by ticket only (regardless of age).  Tickets should be kept with due care.  Tickets that are lost, damaged, burned and/or unrecognizable will neither be replaced nor refunded.
    ⑤ Please note that according to Chapter 64, Article 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act, “buying transportation or entertainment tickets with no intention to use and reselling them for profits” is “punishable by detention of not more than 3 days or a fine of not more than NTD 18000”.
    ⑥ To protect your rights, please refrain from purchasing tickets from secondary ticketing websites or other unofficial ticketing channels and platforms.  We will not be held responsible for any refusals of entry nor any other issues that arise from unauthorized ticket purchases.
    ⑦ Unsold tickets (if any) will be available for purchase on-site (via cash or credit card) on the day of the event.

  • ➢Method of Payment
    ① Payment via “credit card only”.  Purchasers must pay within 10 minutes of placing an order into the online shopping cart, failure to do so will result in cancellation of the transaction.
    ②Before purchasing tickets, please confirm the status of your credit card to ensure successful completion of the payment process.  If the Ticketing System is unable to successfully obtain payment authorization from your bank at checkout during the purchasing process, the respective order will be automatically deemed invalid and the tickets will be released back into the inventory.  In such situations, purchasers will be required to repurchase tickets.
    ③ The Ticketing System will automatically release unprocessed orders back in to the inventory for purchase.  Intending Purchasers are encouraged to periodically check back for released tickets.
    ④All tickets to this event will be sold online.  Purchasers are to strictly abide by announced ticketing procedures and re-confirm the accuracy of the order before completing the payment process.  Completion of an order signifies that the purchaser has agreed to the transaction and processing of payment.  Such ticket(s) will be deemed to have been sold and the purchaser shall not, for any reason whatsoever, have the right to refuse to pay for such a transaction.

  • ➢Method of Retrieval
    ① In an effort to better prevent ticket scalping, tickets to this event will only be available for retrieval via mail (20 days or more before the event) and onsite.
      1. Tickets purchased online before 2019/03/15 11:59PM will be sent out via prompt delivery mail.  The tickets only can be mailed to valid Taiwanese address.  Please pay attention to any incoming mail and take this arrangement into consideration before placing your order.  Purchasers who cannot accept this arrangement should refrain from purchasing tickets.  All tickets will be mailed out on 2019/03/20.
      2. Tickets purchased between 2019/03/16 and 2019/03/31 11:59PM must be retrieved in person onsite at the Concert Service Counter, the choice of mailing out tickets is unavailable.  After completing the online credit card payment process, please visit the Service Counter between 3:00PM-4:00PM on the day of the show.  Purchasers will need to provide valid ID and respective booking confirmation to retrieve tickets.
    ② The Retriever’s name must match that of the Registered Purchaser.
    ③ Each order can and will only be mailed out to one specified address, with a NTD 50 postage fee processed at payment online.  To avoid complications upon delivery, Purchasers requesting tickets to be delivered to company addresses are encouraged to also include respective “Company” and “Department” names.
    ④ Please enter a “valid Taiwanese address” for the Recipient Address.  We will not be held responsible for any lost tickets or delayed deliveries resulting from invalid addresses.
    ⑤ All tickets should be received no later than 7 days before the show.  Purchasers that have yet to receive tickets by such dates are to contact GMusic Tickets during work hours (Mon-Fri 09:00AM-12:00PM; 1:00PM-6:00PM).

  • ➢Ticket Refunds
    ① Refund requests will be handled in accordance with Paragraph 6 of the Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Performing Arts Ticket Standard Contract as announced by the Ministry of Culture.  Four refund mechanisms are stated in Paragraph 6, of which this event has adopted the second: Purchaser refund requests are limited to tickets purchased within the past 3 days (not including the day of purchase).  The postmarked date as indicated on the envelope shall be deemed the refund request submission date.  A 5% of face value service fee will be charged for all refunds.  Please read for further details, ticket refund requests submitted after the aforementioned deadlines shall not be accepted.  The postmarked date as indicated on the envelope shall be deemed the refund request submission date.
    ② A 5% of face value service fee will be charged per ticket for all refund requests.
    ③ Purchasers wishing to request a refund are to submit the following documents via Registered Mail or Express Service to “8F, No. 7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City / GMusic Tickets Service Center (台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收)”.  Upon receiving the documents, GMusic Tickets will refund the credit card used during the checkout process (minus respective service fees).  The actual time of credit of refund shall vary based on each Purchaser’s banking institution.
      1. The Ticket Refund Applicant must be the same member that purchased the said ticketing order.
      2. Ticket Refund Application to be submitted in accordance with aforementioned policy.

 



Real-Name Registration Details

  • Maximum purchase of 4 tickets per person per event. Purchasers are to provide valid photo ID or Passport number matching the customer name registered to the “Purchasing Member”. Upon arrival at the event, the Lead Purchaser and your (maximum of three) accompaniments must all be present when providing such valid photo ID or Passport. Upon confirmation of Lead Purchaser identity, the entire group shall be able to enter the concert site.

  • Event admissions will be granted on a real-name registration basis.  When purchasing tickets, the ticketing system will automatically input the Purchasing Member’s registered member name.  Purchasers will not need to re-enter their name during the purchasing process (purchasers that wish to revise the Purchaser Name are to make such changes via the Member Center before placing an order).

  • The same “Purchaser Name” will be displayed on all tickets registered under the same order.

  • The Purchaser Name registered in the membership database for each order should match the valid photo ID or Passport to be provided on the day of the event. 

  • The “Purchasing Member” registered for each order must be an event attendee.

  • Please be consistent when using Chinese or English characters.  Purchasers are to enter the Purchaser Name (name shown on valid photo ID or Passport) in Traditional Chinese if previous member registration information was provided in Traditional Chinese, whereas Purchasers are to enter the Purchaser Name (name shown on valid photo ID or Passport) in English if previous member registration data was provided in English.

  • ID names are restricted to Traditional Chinese and English characters.  Please ensure the name entered is within either 15 Traditional Chinese characters (fullwidth form including spaces) or 30 English characters (halfwidth form including spaces).  Please refrain from entering special symbols and/or characters.  Shall a Purchaser’s English Name be longer than the said restrictions, Purchasers are to enter the first 30 English characters shown on the valid photo ID or Passport to be provided on the day of the event.

  • The “Purchasing Member Name” registered to each order shall be in accordance with that registered during the completion of order.  Please confirm respective Member Information before ticket sales open; Member Information errors cannot be revised after the purchasing process is completed.

  • Ticket purchases made after said dates shall only be retrievable at the designated Service Counter on the day of the event.  Such Purchasers/Lead Purchasers are to provide a valid photo ID (Taiwan Citizens- National Identification Card/Health Insurance Card/Driver’s License) or Passport (for foreign Purchasers) matching the customer name on the ticket(s).  Confirmation of identity shall be required for both ticket retrieval and upon admissions.

  • Should a Purchaser’s valid photo ID and/or ID Number fail to match the order’s registered “Purchasing Member”, such Purchasers shall be denied ticket retrieval.

  • Should the name registered on a Purchaser’s valid photo ID and/or ID Number fail to match that printed on the tickets, such Purchasers shall be denied entry to the event.

  • Only 1 “Purchasing Member” and a maximum of 3 “Accompanying Attendees” per order shall be allowed entry to the event.  Such entry is non-transferable.  Please refrain from purchasing tickets from unauthorized third parties, as you shall be denied entry.  The Promoter reserves the right to cancel orders and purchases that do not follow respective ticketing policies.

 


 

Regarding Onsite Ticket Retrieval

◆ Location of Retrieval: Onsite Concert Service Counter (Please look out for respective details regarding designated location of retrieval)

◆ Time of Retrieval: 3:00PM-4:00PM on the day of the show (2019/04/04).  Purchasers are to provide valid photo ID/Passport ID and respective booking confirmation for retrieval.

◆ The following items must be provided in order to verify purchaser identity and retrieve tickets:

1. Order Confirmation Number


2. “Purchasing Member” provides valid photo ID (Taiwan Citizens- National Identification Card/Health Insurance Card/Driver’s License) or Passport (for foreign Purchasers) for verification of identity.

The Purchasing Member’s ID must bear a photo and respective Names and ID Numbers must match that registered to the “Purchasing Member” of the said order.

 

 



Attention

  • To avoid putting your rights as risk, please refrain from purchasing tickets from bidding sites and channels and platforms other than those authorized by GMusic Tickets.  The Promoter will not be held responsible for ticket-purchases that are denied admissions into the venue or are disputed due to the legality of tickets.

  • Any verified attempt to buy said event tickets with no intention to use and instead reselling them for additional profit (whether under the name of a “handling fee”, “transportation expense” or “allowance”) shall be reported to the authorities in accordance with Chapter 64, Article 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act.

  • One ticket per patron required for entry.  Tickets should be kept with due care.  Tickets that are lost, damaged, burned and/or unrecognizable will neither be replaced nor refunded.

  • In the event of damage, destruction or loss of tickets, the Promoter shall handle such situations in accordance with Paragraph 7 of the Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Performing Arts Ticket Standard Contract, which states that “in the event of damage, destruction or loss of tickets, the Promoter shall provide ticket-purchasers with a detailed explanation of how such instances shall be handled.” Please contact GMusic Tickets Service Center for further details.

  • Cameras, video and audio recording devices, and DVs are strictly prohibited.  Please refrain from photographing, video-recording, and audio-recording the event unless otherwise allowed by the Promoter.  In the case of the aforementioned, the Promoter reserves the right to request patrons to delete all related audio/video recordings.  The Promoter reserves the right to request that patrons who refuse to abide by such regulations leave the event site, while also retaining the right to take legal action.

  • Smoking onsite is strictly prohibited.  Food and beverages, any type of metal, glass, bottled containers, laser pens, fireworks, and all other dangerous items are strictly prohibited.  Patrons will be inspected for such items before being allowed into the site.

  • Please strictly abide to all respective venue regulations; patrons that arrive late to the event are to adhere to venue regulations.

  • All completed ticket purchases will be automatically seen as an agreement to abide by said policies, please be sure to read the notice in detail before purchasing tickets.

  • The Promoter retains the right to modify or cease the Event.

In the run up to putting a tour on sale we often get asked lots of questions relating to the shows and ticket sales.  We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process.  We are working really hard behind the scenes to try and do everything we can to make sure that tickets end up in the hands of genuine fans.


How much are the ‘’face value‘’ tickets?
The face value of the ticket prices is between TWD 1,500 and TWD 6,000.


What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.


Personalization
In order to put a stop to the secondary ticketing market, absurd prices and fan rip-offs, the tickets are sold personalized, which means that the name of the ticket purchaser is printed on the tickets.  At the time of admission, the given names and surname printed on the ticket must correspond with the identity document to be presented, the second (and possibly third and fourth) person only receives access at the same time as the person issuing the identity card. 


That means: When buying tickets, each of your tickets will be personalized with the Purchaser’s name.  At the entrance to the show, your (maximum of three) accompaniments will only be shared with you.


Be ready to provide your concert ticket(s) and show valid photo ID at the venue entrance - the Promoter reserves the right to check the authenticity of the ticket and your personal data.


So where should I buy my ‘’face value‘’ tickets from?
The only authorized place to buy tickets for Ed Sheeran in Taoyuan is at https://iticket.gmusic.com.tw.  Tickets purchased from third party websites and resellers are not valid for entry.

How many tickets can I buy?
You may buy up to 4 tickets.  Any person found to be purchasing over this amount may have the surplus tickets cancelled.


How can I pay?
You can pay online at https://iticket.gmusic.com.tw with credit cards.


Is there Age restriction?
For your own safety, we do not allow audience under 6 years of age to attend the concert.


But we want to go as a bigger group/family?

That is fine, but you will need to purchase in separate transactions/orders using different registered accounts and different Purchaser Names.  A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per person.  Tickets purchased in breach of the Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.


Can I buy tickets as a gift?
Yes.  If you buy tickets online, you can create a new account with the attendee’s name. Tickets cannot be transferred or have the names printed on the tickets changed. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact service@iticket.gmusic.com.tw.


What are the entry requirements?
For a ticket to be valid, the Lead Purchaser must at any point be able to provide the below, this includes on arrival at the show to gain admission:
1.  The ticket(s)
2.  Booking confirmation
3.  A valid photo ID matching the customer name on the tickets.


Are cameras allowed?
All types of cameras are prohibited.


I can’t go any more and need to sell my ticket. What do I do?
Ticket purchasing is final.  Tickets cannot be resold and the names printed on the tickets cannot be changed.  You may follow the refund application process on GMusic Tickets to get a refund in case you cannot go to the concert.


When will we receive our tickets?
Tickets purchased online before 2019/03/15 11:59PM shall be mailed out on 2019/03/20.  Tickets purchased between 2019/03/16-2019/03/31 11:59PM can only be collected on the show date at the Concert Service Counter.  For more information, please check terms and conditions from GMusic Tickets.


I can’t find my confirmation email?
Firstly, please search your email for https://iticket.gmusic.com.tw to see if the confirmation email is there.  Alternatively please call GMusic Tickets on +886 2 25795977 or email service@iticket.gmusic.com.tw to trace your booking.

How do I arrange to buy tickets for someone requiring disabled access?

    ① 本次退票辦法採用文化部所公告規範之【根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定,本節目採用方案二消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費】詳請請參閱本活動【退/換票方式】 逾期恕不接受退票以郵戳日為憑。
    ② 退票每張需酌收票面價5%手續費。
    ③ 申請人請將:
         A.  退票申請人必須為購買該筆票券的會員本人。
         B.  退票申請書,以掛號郵寄或快遞方式寄回「台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收」,收到票券後將票款扣除手續費後,退刷至原網路購票時所使用之信用卡,退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。

 

【退/換票方式】 

    1. 依文化部於中華民國107年5月16日文藝字第10710128232號公告修定之『藝文表演票定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六條退、換票機制之規定辦理,企業經營者得就以下退、換票機制擇一公告。各節目活動所採行之退票方案及退票辦法請依各節目頁面說明方式辦理。
      方案一:消費者請求退換票之時限為該票券所載演出日前十日(不含演出日)。但消費者於退換票時限屆至前購買,迄於時限屆至後始收受票券或於開演前仍未收受票券者,亦得退票。消費者請求退換票者,收取票面金額10%為手續費。
      方案二:消費者請求退票之時限為購買票券後三日內,收取票面金額5%為手續費。
      方案三:消費者請求退票之時限為該票券所載演出日前二十日(不含演出日),收取票面金額10%為手續費。
      方案四:消費者請求退票之時限及收取之手續費如下:
      (1)演出日前第三十一日前請求退票者,收取票面金額10%為手續費。
      (2)演出日前第十一日至第三十日內請求退票者,收取票面金額30%為手續費。
      (3)演出日前第三日至第十日內請求退票者,收取票面金額50%為手續費。
      (4)演出當日至演出日前第二日內請求退票者,得不予退票。
    2. 退票皆須以郵寄方式辦理。採國內郵寄、超商取票者,請將票券及該活動退票申請書以掛號郵寄或快遞方式寄至「臺北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票 票務客服中心 收」,以郵戳日為憑,逾期恕不受理退票。

    3. 換票等同於退票,請先購買所需的新票券後,再依以上說明將不需要的票券辦理退票即可,另請注意退票有效期限,逾期恕不接受退票。
    4. 未於退票期限內辦理退票者,本系統將依退票申請表上之聯絡方式通知申請人取回票券,若無法與申請人取得聯繫或無法達成取回票券共識者,本系統將不負票券保管或任何其他責任,所有責任與後果將由申請人自行負擔。
    5. 退款作業:服務費、取票手續費、匯款手續費及寄件郵資等非屬票價部分不在退款範圍之內。

      網路刷卡購票者:本系統收到完整退票申請後,將於20個工作天內將票款扣除手續費後,退刷至原刷卡購票之信用卡帳戶,恕無法以現金方式退款。因各發卡銀行之作業流程不同,請於本公司完成退刷之約10至14個工作天後,再聯繫您的發卡銀行查詢進度。

  • ➢ Ticket Refunds
    ① Refund requests will be handled in accordance with Paragraph 6 of the Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Performing Arts Ticket Standard Contract as announced by the Ministry of Culture.  Four refund mechanisms are stated in Paragraph 6, of which this event has adopted the second: Purchaser refund requests are limited to tickets purchased within the past 3 days (not including the day of purchase).  The postmarked date as indicated on the envelope shall be deemed the refund request submission date.  A 5% of face value service fee will be charged for all refunds.  Please read for further details, ticket refund requests submitted after the aforementioned deadlines shall not be accepted.  The postmarked date as indicated on the envelope shall be deemed the refund request submission date.
    ② A 5% of face value service fee will be charged per ticket for all refund requests.
    ③ Purchasers wishing to request a refund are to submit the following documents via Registered Mail or Express Service to “8F, No. 7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City / GMusic Tickets Service Center (台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收)”.  Upon receiving the documents, GMusic Tickets will refund the credit card used during the checkout process (minus respective service fees).  The actual time of credit of refund shall vary based on each Purchaser’s banking institution.
         A.  The Ticket Refund Applicant must be the same member that purchased the said ticketing order.
         B.  Ticket Refund Application to be submitted in accordance with aforementioned policy.

Method of Ticket Refund/Change 

    1. According to Notice No. 10710128232 announced by the Ministry of Culture on 2018/05/16 in amendment of Paragraph 6 of the Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Performing Arts Ticket Standard Contract, Operators are to adopt and announce one of the following ticket refund/change mechanisms.  Please refer to respective event ticketing pages for details on the ticket refund/change mechanism adopted by each individual event.
      OPTION I: Purchasers shall be entitled to requesting a refund up to 10 days before the said event (not including the event date).  Patrons that purchased tickets before the said deadline, regardless of whether or not they received such tickets before the actual event, remain entitled to a refund.  Ticket refund/changes shall be charged a 10% of face value service fee.
      OPTION II: Purchasers shall be entitled to requesting a ticket refund within 3 days of purchase.  Ticket refunds shall be charged a 5% of face value service fee.
      OPTION III: Purchasers shall be entitled to requesting a refund up to 20 days before the said event (not including the event date).  Ticket refunds shall be charged a 10% of face value service fee.
      OPTION IV: Purchasers requesting a refund shall be subject to the following deadlines and service fees:
      (1) Ticket refunds requested 31 days or more before an event shall be charged a 10% of face value service fee.
      (2) Ticket refunds requested 11-30 days before an event shall be charged a 30% of face value service fee.
      (3) Ticket refunds requested 3-10 days before an event shall be charged a 50% of face value service fee.
      (4) Ticket refunds requested 2 days or less before an event shall not be accepted.

    2. Ticket refund requests must be submitted by mail.  Purchasers that previously chose to retrieve tickets via mail or convenience store kiosks are to submit both the concert tickets and the event’s respective refund application via Registered Mail or Express Service to “8F, No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City / GMusic Tickets Service Center (台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓 玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統 票務客服中心 收)”.  The postmarked date as indicated on the envelope shall be deemed the refund request submission date.  Ticket refund requests submitted after the aforementioned deadlines shall not be accepted.
      *Said refund applications can be downloaded from respective event ticketing pages

    3. Ticket changes shall be treated as ticket refunds.  Purchasers who wish to change tickets shall need to first purchase new tickets, then request ticket refunds for previously purchased tickets in accordance with aforementioned processes.  Please remember to take note of respective deadlines, refund requests submitted after the aforementioned deadlines shall not be accepted.

    4. Shall a Purchaser fail to complete the full refund application process by said deadlines, the Ticketing Agent shall use the contact information provided on the refund application form to contact the Applicant, notifying them to retrieve their tickets.  Should the Ticketing Agent be unable to successfully contact the Applicant or should the Ticketing Agent and Applicant be unable to reach a consensus regarding the retrieval of tickets, the Ticketing Agent shall not be held responsible for such tickets in any way.  The Applicant shall be held fully responsible for any and all consequences resulting from such circumstances.

    5. Fees not included within the face value of the ticket itself, e.g. service fees, ticket retrieval fees, remittance charges, and postage fees, shall not be refunded.
      Ticket purchases paid for online via credit card: Upon receiving all necessary ticket refund documents, the Ticket Agent shall refund the credit card used during the checkout process (minus service fees) within 20 business days.  Refunds shall not be made in cash.  The actual time of credit of refund shall vary based on each Purchaser’s banking institution.  To verify refund status, Purchasers are encouraged to contact their respective banking institution approximately 10-14 business days after the Ticketing Agent has processed the credit card refund.
